CHARLESTON COUNTY SCHOOLS: WEST ASHLEY HIGH SCHOOL

REI provided Design Services, Contract Documents, and Construction Administration Services on this project at West Ashley High School.

Our team provided comprehensive drawings in AutoCAD and technical specifications for the removal of existing roof systems on Buildings 130, 131 and 132. REI provided a new metal roof system in lieu of shingles and a new modified bitumen roof system at low slope roofs along with sheet metal flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, warrantable 20-year roof assembly.
