REI provided Contract Documents + Construction Administration for the removal of the existing roofing system to the structural deck. A temporary roof was installed in cold adhesive. Installed light-weight insulating concrete to R25. Installed FiberTite 50 mil XT membrane fully adhered. Installed flashings, sheet metal + accessories, that resulted in providing the Owner with Contractor 5-Year + Manufacturers 20-Year No-Dollar-Limit Warranties.
