REI provided Contract Documents + Construction Administration for this roof replacement project. The roof areas included 3 low slope roof areas and also included was the removal of existing cast stone balustrade system and replacement with fiberglass balustrade system.

Construction monitoring was performed periodically and quality assurance observations were documented in written reports identifying work completed to date, work in progress, and items requiring attention. Items requiring attention remain on reports until resolution.
